What I help with

Relationships, Loss & Life Transitions

Support with relationships, grief, endings and change.

Does this feel familiar?

  • The same conflicts, roles or relationship patterns keep returning.
  • An ending, bereavement or separation has unsettled how life feels organised.
  • Closeness brings anxiety, withdrawal, people-pleasing or fear of rejection.
  • A career, identity or life transition has left you between familiar versions of yourself.

How therapy can help

The work begins by understanding the pattern without deciding too quickly who is at fault. We can consider what you expected, what you felt, what you protected and what became difficult to say or do.

Attention to present emotional and bodily states helps create enough space for communication, boundaries and repair. Where something has ended, therapy can also make room for grief without requiring the relationship or experience to be idealised.
